Planning
Nexamp’s first step is always a discussion with the client about goals and the available budget for achieving energy and carbon reductions. Once these points are clarified, Nexamp conducts a series of analyses to obtain the quantitative information required to determine the most cost-effective combination of measures for the client’s needs and budget. The final result integrates energy efficiency, renewable energy, and other energy options with available incentives (e.g., demand response payments, RECs [Renewable Energy Certificates], or carbon offsets) into a single, comprehensive plan that we work with the client to implement.
Implementation
Nexamp is a solutions company. We don’t just identify solutions, we implement them. We aren’t satisfied until our clients have actually reduced their energy consumption and carbon footprints in the most cost-effective manner. Once our planning process is completed, effective implementation requires top-notch design and engineering, all necessary permits, quality construction and installation, and detailed commissioning.

The federal government and many states, cities, municipalities, and electric and gas utilities offer attractive financial incentives (grants, tax incentives, rebates, etc.) for renewable and energy efficiency investments.
