Nexamp Announces Sale of Energy Efficiency Unit to Retroficiency

Boston, MA – Nexamp announced today the sale of its energy efficiency division, also known as the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) division, to Boston-based energy efficiency firm Retroficiency.  Formed in 2009, Nexamp’s Clean Energy Solutions division has delivered energy efficiency solutions to dozens of clients in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

Boston’s Cathartes Private Investments Teams with Nexamp to Begin Massachusetts’ Largest Privately-Owned Solar Project

Boston, Massachusetts – One of Boston’s leading private development companies, Cathartes Private Investments, announced today that they will build Massachusetts’ largest privately-owned solar power plant on 22 acres of industrial land bordering Route 3 in Westford, MA. Cathartes will partner with Nexamp, a leading solar developer, builder, owner and operating company. Construction will begin this fall on the $23 million, 4.5
Megawatt solar panel field, which will produce enough electricity to power more than 600 homes.
