Senior Vice President
Don is Senior Vice President of Business Development at Nexamp. He has over 30 years of experience in the electric energy industry, including business development, asset management, O&M, and EPC. Previously, Don was Senior Vice President at Kelson Energy where he was responsible for the acquisition of assets and running a Canadian subsidiary. He was Regional Business Executive for Calpine, responsible for the profit and loss for the Southeast and, subsequently, Northeast region. Mr. Walters has also served as Vice President of Project Development at Calpine, where he had responsibility for the development efforts in eastern US.
While at Constellation Energy, Don was responsible for business development for projects in the East and Midwest. He has also held senior management roles at Parsons Corporation and Burns and Roe. Mr. Walters holds masters degrees in engineering and business administration, and is a registered professional engineer.
