Senior Vice President
Jon is Senior Vice President in charge of marketing, regulatory affairs, and trading. He is also the General Manager of Nexamp Capital, LLC which administers Nexamp’s solar asset interests. During his tenure, Nexamp’s annual solar installation base has grown from less than 200 kW in 2007 to over 8 MW in 2011. Jon also led the growth of Nexamp’s energy efficiency division from inception to over 50 large commercial, industrial, and government clients. The division was successfully sold to Retroficiency in 2011.
Prior to joining Nexamp, he worked at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative Renewable Energy Trust where he managed the $68 million Commonwealth Solar program and Large Onsite Renewables Initiative which supports development of distributed wind, hydro, and biomass combined heat and power projects. He has worked as a project manager and senior consultant at KEMA and XENERGY, where he was responsible for business development and management of renewable energy project development and distributed energy resource consulting projects. He serves on the Board of the Sustainable Performance Institute, and Policy Committee of the New England Clean Energy Council. Jon received his bachelor of arts from Cornell University where he was an IBM Watson Scholar.
