Senior Vice President
Will is Senior Vice President for Nexamp in charge of Construction and Operations & Maintenance Services. Prior to joining Nexamp, he established and directed both business development and construction operations for photovoltaic, solar thermal, and wind systems at NexGen. He brings extensive experience in providing renewable technology integration, large scale solar site design and permitting, utility interconnection, vertical and horizontal construction, as well as hazardous materials management. Will’s renewable experience includes hundreds of rooftop and ground site feasibility assessments, and the successful development and implementation of five wind, 60 thermal and over 6MW of PV installed across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Prior to joining NexGen, he worked as a construction manager with Camp Dresser & McKee (CDM). Will served as an Officer with the United States Army Corps of Engineers, 1st Infantry Division, and completed combat and peacekeeping tours in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II and in the former Yugoslav republic of Kosovo. Will continues to serve in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, recently deploying in support of the Gulf Oil Spill disaster where he served as the Assistant Branch Chief in charge of vessel decontamination for MS, AL and FL. He earned a bachelor of science in environmental engineering from Tufts University. Will is a NABCEP certified PV installer and a licensed Construction Site Supervisor in Massachusetts.
