Nexamp Announces Sale of Energy Efficiency Unit to Retroficiency

Boston, MA – Nexamp announced today the sale of its energy efficiency division, also known as the Clean Energy Solutions (CES) division, to Boston-based energy efficiency firm Retroficiency.  Formed in 2009, Nexamp’s Clean Energy Solutions division has delivered energy efficiency solutions to dozens of clients in the commercial, industrial, and government sectors.

Mass High Tech: Retroficiency raises $3.32M, buys Nexamp unit

BOSTON, MA - Boston energy efficiency startup Retroficiency Inc. has raised $3.32 million in its first institutional fundraise, led by Point Judith Capital and angel investors. Along with the new funds, Retroficiency has a new acquisition, buying the energy efficiency division of Nexamp Inc. of North Andover.

NECN: Mass. camp has plans to build largest solar array in state

RUTLAND, MA – Treasure Valley Scout Reservation in Rutland will soon be turning on the switch and generating electricity.

The camp announced Friday a plan to build a 25 acre solar array, the largest in Massachusetts.

“This is an outstanding opportunity for the scouts,” said Jay Garee, scout executive.
