Energy and Carbon Solutions for
Businesses & Governments and Homeowners

Now Offering Efficient Heating & Cooling System Installation
In preparation for the coming heating season, Nexamp recently completed both a residential and a commercial installation of an efficient air source heat pump designed for maximum efficiency in New England's climate.  The efficient heat pumps provide reliable energy savings of 40% or more when compared with oil heating furnaces.  One of the heat pumps is powered by a solar photovoltaic system.  Geothermal or efficient air source heat pump retrofits are especially cost effective for homes that have oil heating and existing duct work.  Nexamp provides free site assessments and turnkey heat pump installations performed by certified professionals.  For more information, contact Damien Morinon at 978.688.2700 ext. 711 or dmorinon@nexamp.com; or sign-up at Nexamp.com.
Financial Benefits of Solar Improve
As part of the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, the 30% solar investment tax credit was extended for businesses and uncapped and extended for homeowners (the previous tax credit was capped at $2,000).  Solar has never been as an attractive investment opportunity as it is now:
  • Homeowners eligible for the MTC rebate benefit from a 7.6% to 40% annualized return (post-tax) and 1 to 11 year payback based on incentives and electricity savings (range depends on qualification for MTC rebate adders).
  • Businesses eligible for MTC rebates can achieve a 12% annualized return (post tax) and 5 year payback.
  • Solar energy projects increase the market value of properties but are exempt from property tax assessments in many states, including Massachusetts.
Nexamp solar photovoltaic installations are engineered to generate clean energy savings for 30+ years.  For a free solar assessment and financial analysis, contact Emma Kocsiak at 978.688.2700 ext. 713 or ekocsiak@nexamp.com; or sign-up at Nexamp.com.
