Edwardsville Solar

Located just across the river from the greater St. Louis area, Edwardsville is the county seat of Madison County, Illinois. Edwardsville Solar is situated on a parcel of unused, previously cleared farmland in the city of Edwardsville, Illinois, just north of the Southern Illinois University Edwardsville campus. This is one of the first of more than 15 projects already planned by Nexamp across the state.

Open to any area Illinois residents who get their power from Ameren, this community solar project generates more than 2.6 MW of clean energy and makes it possible for subscribers to save money while supporting the expansion of solar energy.
