Lahey Arlington, on Broadway is getting its own energy upgrade, but rather than retaining heat in the building, Lahey will convert solar energy into electricity. In total, the building will have 605 solar panels installed and ready to go by Thanksgiving, said John Lagasse, project manager for Nexamp, the solar-panel installer. Boreal Renewable Energy Development, an Arlington-based renewable energy company, was a partner in developing the project with Nexamp. Link to Article.
