Nexamp brings the world’s oldest 100 kW+ pv array back on line

February 12, 2008. Nexamp has just re-charged the 29-year-old GreEnergy Park photovoltaic (PV) array in Beverly, Massachusetts. The historic 103 kW array, built in 1978, is the only remaining operational array of the ten originally constructed under the Carter Administration to demonstrate the possibilities of renewable energy for large-scale consumer use.
