And a shout-out to our team! With 12 offices across 10 different states, we’re proud of our national footprint. Especially in Illinois—with Chicago now home to our second national headquarters, 36% of our new team members in 2024 were hired in the Prairie State. We were also named a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP) employer in Illinois by the U.S. Department of Labor.
