Bainbridge Solar is a 1.25 MW greenfield solar facility located on the property of the Decatur County Industrial Airport next to the town of Bainbridge, GA. Nexamp contracted with the county to lease the property.

This project is part of a statewide program authorized by the Georgia Public Service Commission and designed to support renewable generation in Georgia. We are pleased to construct this project and advance solar development in the state as part of Georgia Power’s Renewable Energy Development Initiative (REDI) for its Customer-Sited Distributed Generation program.

Nexamp, in cooperation with its development partner Radiance Solar, developed the project in the local community. Nexamp performed the construction on the project and will own and operate it for its lifetime.
