Clark Road Solar + Storage is one of Nexamp's larger solar farms. The project produces 7 megawatts of clean energy annually from its 17,420 solar panels. The project is also one of the first to feature co-located energy storage technology. The 3,300 kW/6,600 kWh DC-coupled, lithium-ion battery energy storage system, pairs with the 7,055 kW DC solar array and enables Nexamp to store energy and discharge the battery during peak periods when energy costs are highest, increasing the environmental and economic benefits of solar energy.
