Located off Highway 31 between the village of Holley and the town of Clarkson, Clarkson Renewables 2 generates approximately 6.2 megawatts of solar energy from 11,726 U.S.-made bifacial solar modules that change angles throughout the day to follow the sun. Residents in National Grid territory are able to subscribe to this project through the Nexamp community solar program and save money on their annual electric bills with no upfront fees or equipment to install.
