Located in Beecher, IL, in the ComEd service territory, Goodenow Road East Solar is a 2.7-megawatt project that will generate clean energy and send it to the local ComEd electric grid. The project consists of over 7,000 tracker solar panels and will serve approximately 350 homes in the area. Through Nexamp's Community Solar program, local residents who get their electricity from ComEd can subscribe to the project to save on their annual electric costs while supporting clean, renewable energy.
