Situated on just over a dozen acres of open land in Granville, IL, Mennie South FC is a community solar farm designed to generate 2.5 megawatts of clean solar energy that will be fed directly to the Ameren grid. The site features over 6,600 solar panels. Available to any resident who gets their electricity from Ameren, Mennie South FC will serve several hundred subscribers through Nexamp's Community Solar program and make it possible for them to realize savings on their annual electricity supply costs.
