Located in Woodstock, IL, OE IL Solar 1 is a 2.9 MW community solar farm that features more than 7,700 solar panels with a tracker mounting system to follow the sun throughout the day. It generates clean solar energy that will be fed directly to the ComEd grid. Available to any resident who gets electricity from ComEd, this solar farm will serve several hundred subscribers and make it possible for them to realize savings on their annual electricity supply costs.
