Pope Creek Solar, a 6.7 MW community solar farm in Aledo, Illinois, generates clean energy for the Ameren utility grid and enables area residents to participate in the Nexamp Community Solar program to save on their annual electric expenses. With 11,472 American-made solar modules and a versatile tracker mounting system, the project is capable of meeting the power needs of approximately 1,000 average households.
