With 4.1 Megawatts of solar generating capacity and 5.2 kWh of energy storage capacity, Rehoboth Renewables + Storage is an important asset in the National Grid utility territory of southeastern Massachusetts. Located not far from the Rhode Island border, the project offers area residents an opportunity to save on their annual electricity costs by enrolling in the Nexamp community solar program, which has no sign-up fees, no equipment to install, and the option to cancel at any time. It produces enough energy to meet the needs of about 600 average households.
