Seneca Solar is a 5.2-megawatt community solar project located in the Town of Seneca, NY. For this project, Nexamp partneredwith Agrivoltaic Solutions LLC., a company created by a group of local sheep farmers to provide vegetation management for the 20-acre property, creating a mid-year revenue stream for the farms and furthering Nexamp's dual mission of decarbonizing while supporting local communities. This array is one of nine projects awarded contracts under the Empire State's Solar for All program, designed to provide no-cost clean energy savings to over 700 households and local businesses.
