Nexamp's Sidney Project is situated on County Road in Sidney, IL, in Ameren's service territory. This 2.9-megawatt project will generate clean energy and send it to the local Ameren electric grid. The project consists of just under 7,700 tracker solar panels and will serve approximately 370 households. Through Nexamp's Community Solar Program, local residents who get their power from Ameren are eligible to subscribe and save annually on their electric costs while supporting clean, renewable energy.
