Located on the rooftop of a 140,000 square foot building in South Brunswick, this is Nexamp's first community solar project in New Jersey. With more than half of the project reserved exclusively for low- and moderate-income (LMI) residents, South Brunswick Renewables offers a variety of long-term benefits to the community. The project generates 1.2 MW of solar energy from nearly 3,000 solar modules, which equals more than 1 million kilowatt-hours each year, or enough to meet the energy needs of approximately 200 average homes. It is located in the PSE&G utility service area. Subscribers save 15% on their electricity costs with no credit checks or upfront costs and the ability to cancel at any time.
