South Thomaston Solar is made up of two adjacent and connected solar arrays, totaling 4.4 MW DC from 11,388 solar modules mounted on a tracking system. With a footprint of approximately 20 acres along Route 131 in South Thomaston, Maine, it produces enough renewable energy to offset the needs of hundreds of residential, commercial, and municipal Central Maine Power customers in the region.
