It features 12,480 solar modules mounted on a tracker system that allows it to follow the sun throughout the day for maximum efficiency. The power generated is capable of meeting the needs of approximately 1,000 average households. Situated on previously cleared land, it lies along the St. Lawrence River and adjacent to a local seminary.
