One of three co-located projects in the White Willow Sun family sited approximately 60 miles southwest of Chicago, White Willow Sun is a 7.1 Megawatt community solar farm that features 13,104 American-made solar modules and a tracker mounting system. Feeding energy to the ComEd utility grid, this project is able to offset the electricity needs of approximately 1,000 average households and offers consumers an opportunity to both save money on their annual electric expenses and support the expansion of renewable energy on the grid by enrolling in the Nexamp community solar program.
