2020 was a great year for making clean energy more accessible. Here’s what happened at Nexamp:
Our community solar subscribers added 14,883,886 kWh of clean energy to the grid!
Solar energy remained resilient amidst the onset of COVID-19 and economic strife. In 2020, we had 35 solar projects and 125 MW of community solar capacity go live.
We launched Nexamp Spark Lab™ as an innovation lab to encourage our team members to bring their ideas to life.
In 2020, we performed 167 MWdc of aerial photovoltaic inspections and flew a total of 130 flight hours.
To show our gratitude for our communities and all of the frontline workers keeping us safe and healthy, we donated $225,000 through Feeding America to local food banks, and worked with suppliers to locate and deliver PPE to those most in need.
We broke ground in Maine and purchased a 50 MW community solar portfolio!
Our first community solar project went live in Illinois!
